An end-of-life roof covering was stripped and replaced with new breathable membrane, battens, tiles and a dry ridge system.
The problem
The existing covering had reached the end of its life, with perished felt, tired battens and repeated leaks that patch repairs could no longer hold.
Work undertaken

- Laid new interlocking tiles throughout
