Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 2026

This website is intended to be usable by as many people as possible, including those using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

What we have done

The site has been built with accessibility in mind.

  • Semantic headings and landmarks so pages can be navigated by structure
  • Text and interactive elements sized and coloured for readable contrast
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
  • Forms with visible labels, clear error messages and keyboard operation
  • Visible focus outlines and skip-to-content behaviour on interactive elements
  • Layouts that work at small screen sizes and when text is enlarged

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as external review profiles and social media pages, is outside our control and may not meet the same standards. Older project photographs may have shorter descriptions until more detail is supplied.

Alternative ways to reach us

If any part of the site is difficult for you to use, you do not have to use the online form. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp message on 07444 801369, or through the contact form on this website and we will take your details directly and read anything to you that you cannot access.

Telling us about a problem

We welcome feedback. If you find something that does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us what you were trying to do and what happened, and we will look at fixing it.
